Like many New Yorkers, Jordan Kaplan is a pet owner and true animal lover. He always wondered why there were so few options when it came to reliable, quality pet care especially since so many New Yorkers travel frequently and lead hectic lives. In 2001, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Jordan left behind a successful career in marketing and public relations to found Petaholics and pursue his true passion: putting a smile on the faces of pets (and their owners!).

Seven years later, Petaholics is New York City's premier pet care company, providing dependable and caring service to Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn. Our full menu of services is designed to suit every pet's personality and requirements, whether it be dog walking, dog sitting, dog boarding, or cat sitting. We also offer dog training through private and group lessons, as well as the Puppy Pilot Program, which incorporates dog training elements into regular walks, for those puppies and young dogs who could use a little extra help. For the busy dog owner we also offer mobile in-home dog grooming

Before services begin, we'll match you up with just the right walker or sitter, and set up an appointment for a private meet-and-greet in your home so you can get to know your pet's new care giver and discuss your pet's individual needs.
