In this day and age anyone can put up a website and have a new business up and running offering the same services as products as you in little time. However there is one thing that will always win out and that is customer service. How you make the customer feel via their experiences with you is the main reason whether people know it or not why they buy. Its called emotional purchasing.
We have broken customers into three distinct categories
1. Frequent Buyer-(Information) Most experienced and knowledgeable they just want the “facts”.
2. Occasional Buyer-(Persuasion) May be familiar with your company but needs to be persuaded to buy from you rather than someone else. What benefits do you offer others cannot?
3. First-time buyer- (Education)These customer may have little idea of what they want or need and may feel intimidated. What is needed is education about your services and their benefits. Take the time to offer them options and compare and contrast each type of service you offer
