FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PET SITTERS GATHER WITHOUT THEIR LEASHES

Pet care specialist, Petaholics, organize a sitters mixer.

(New York - April 21, 2008) As pet care demands rise, Petaholics has been there as an alternative to the common dog walking service. They have developed a client community, which revolves around trust, referrals and fun. These committed pet sitters have bonded to not only their k-9 companions but also to an organization, which has socialized more than the neighborhood pack. Hosting the first Petaholics pet sitters afternoon out on March 20th, 2008, some of dogs best friends got together and enjoyed themselves over drinks and games at Dave and Busters in Times Square. It may not have been the neighborhood dog run but here these dedicated care takers were leash free to socialize in a fun humans only setting. We hoped this event would form a camaraderie and allowed our sitters to enjoy each others company. It provided a fun and engaging work related environment, says Jordan, Petaholics Owner and Founder. As Petaholics expands, events such as these will continue. Locations will vary around the city and possibly outer boroughs.

About Petaholics

After observing how hard it is to find quality pet care during work hours in New York City, Petaholics was founded in 2002 by Jordan Kaplan. New Yorkers lead busy lifestyles and travel frequently. Many pet owners have few choices concerning boarding their pets. Pet owners can feel at ease that their pets are being taken care of by one of Petaholics responsible employees. Pets will never be happier than after spending time with a Petaholics staff member. Petaholics method begins with having the same dog walker everyday. This consistent dedication develops a strong, long-term relationship between pets and the Petaholics staff.
