4. Las Ventanas Al Paraiso- 5-Star luxury resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Rates range from $375-$3500/day. Call rosewood hotels to book.
5. Chesterfield Hotel- Located in Palm Beach, Florida. Small dogs are welcome.
6. Soho and Tribeca Grand- Located in New York City- Owned by Hartz Mountain, purveyors of pet products.
7. Metropolitan- Located in Midtown Manhattan, has a frequent pet program.
8. The Muse- a 200-room Times Square boutique Hotel, offers the pooch package replete with dog-sized amenities.

22. Crillion Hotel- Near the American Embassy in Paris, offers $17 meals for dogs with Chicken or beef. All size dogs welcome.
23. Four Seasons- George V- Near the Champs Elysees, offers a coverlet embriodered with your dogs name that can be custom-ordered in advance. Has a pound limit on dogs.
