Although dogs are by nature extremely gregarious animals, they should be exposed to new people and dogs at an early age in order to develop healthy socialization skills. Get your puppy off to the right start with our Puppy Play Group and Socialization Class. You dog will romp and play under the supervision of our dog trainer in a friendly, safe environment. Aside from learning how to play with other dogs appropriately, your puppy will be introduced to new stimuli-unfamiliar sounds and other distractions-and receive awards for positive behavior. Owners learn how to analyze canine body language cues and behavior and get advice on handling common problems such as housetraining, chewing, biting, and more.

Choose from three conveniently scheduled classes:

Saturday morning classes from 10:00am to 10:50am at Dog Wash, 177 MacDougal Street in Greenwich Village

Monday evenings at Worldwide Kennel Club, 1661 First Avenue on the Upper East Side

Saturday afternoons at the Puppy Loft- 237 West 26th St. (bet 7th & 8th Ave)

One 60-minute class - $28

Puppy Life Stage Rate - $150 from the time your dog begins class (between 8-12 weeks of age) up to 20 weeks
