Mr Kaplan ensures that we are comfortable with any walker that comes to our home and walks our dog well before that walker is assigned to us. Moreover,our dog has grown very attached to the dedicated walkers that spend time with her on a daily basis. I am home some of the time her walker comes and I have seen firsthand how they treat her like their own pet.
