"Before we discovered Petaholics, my husband and I were beyond stressed. Why? The first problem was that our Min Pin, Gibbon became the great escape artist and I would come home and find him in a room he was not allowed to be in. After two pairs of glasses, three trips to the dry cleaners, and a whole box of Christmas ribbon, we started to look for a dog walker so that we could leave him in his crate. We asked around and looked at different web sites, made a few phone calls for comparison. To our dismay, almost every single service we called requested a minimum number of times a week at consistent times. This leads us to our second problem, although I work regular hours, my husband, a police officer, definitely did not. So he was switching from night to day shifts and then would switch back to night shifts. "My eleven year old special needs cat, Winston, and I moved to New York about two years ago. I travel alot and not really knowing anyone in New York to look after Winston I needed to find a pet sitting service that would make sure Winston got the twice daily care he needed.
